Meet Karen
Responsible Broker, Marketing Manager, Real Estate AgentKaren has been a licensed real estate agent at The Powder Horn for 20 years. After relocating to Sheridan from Vail, CO, she began her career as the marketing manager, focusing on The Powder Horn’s promotional efforts, including creating advertising materials, managing online marketing, and selling club memberships. She later transitioned into real estate sales, further deepening her expertise in the golf club industry.
In 2018, Karen was honored as the SHERIDAN COUNTY REALTOR® of the YEAR. She became the Responsible Broker for Powder Horn Realty in January of 2025. Karen values the personal connections she has built with many of the owners and members at The Powder Horn, forming lasting relationships over the years.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys hiking, skiing, cheering on the Colorado Avalanche, and spending time with her family.
