About Gregor Downey Jr.

Born and raised in the coastal town of Vero Beach, Florida, Gregor has always had one foot in the West. He spent his summers in Dubois, Wyoming, where he fell in love with the rugged beauty and lifestyle of the Mountain West. That passion led him to the University of Wyoming in 2007, where he earned a degree in Marketing and Communications.

Gregor’s professional journey has been deeply rooted in Wyoming—from five years with the Wyoming Game & Fish Department to his work in outdoor industry marketing. His diverse experience has sharpened his ability to connect with people and tell compelling stories.

With a deep appreciation for Wyoming’s land, people, and way of life, Gregor brings a grounded and personable approach to helping clients buy or sell in this remarkable state. In the warmer months, you’ll likely find him on the water fishing, hiking the backcountry, or enjoying the outdoors with his bird dog, Ran.
